📋1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 38bet platform, including all services, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account facilities available at https://38bet.pro (the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you (the "Player") and 38bet (the "Operator"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

38bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

To register and maintain an account on the 38bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account you warrant that you are 21 or older. 38bet may request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• Each natural person may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
• Your account is for personal, recreational use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, nor use another person's account under any circumstances.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of 38bet or any affiliated entity. Immediate family members of 38bet staff are also ineligible.

38bet performs identity verification (KYC) checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. All players must cooperate fully with any KYC request. Accounts that fail verification or refuse to cooperate may be suspended without further notice.

👤3. Account Registration and Security

To use the full range of 38bet services, you must register a personal account. During registration you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, contact number, and a preferred payment method. Registration is free of charge and there is no obligation to deposit at the point of sign-up.

38bet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.

💸4. Deposits and Withdrawals

38bet supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major international cards (Visa and Mastercard). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with our support team.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 across all supported payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 may require full KYC documentation before processing. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied uniformly to all accounts.
• All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in BDT. 38bet does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies.

38bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These charges are outside 38bet's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.

38bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion.

38bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bets already placed under the terms of that promotion. Disputes regarding a bonus must be raised with support within 30 days of the relevant event.

🏏6. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets on the 38bet Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

• All bets are subject to acceptance by 38bet. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 38bet reserves the right to void all bets placed at that price and to settle affected bets at the correct price where identifiable.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play odds update in real time. Once a bet is accepted at the displayed odds it will not be changed, subject to the obvious error rule above.
• Single-event payout is capped at ৳500,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Multi-event accumulator payouts are subject to separate limits published in the sportsbook interface.

Cricket betting on 38bet covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, and domestic competitions. All cricket markets operate under the MCC Laws of Cricket with 38bet-specific settlement rules applied where applicable. Settlement disputes must be raised with the support team within 14 days of the event result being declared.

38bet is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. 38bet does not encourage compulsive or problem gambling, and provides the following tools to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Once set, limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time limits: you may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. This tool is available in account settings and activates immediately upon saving.
• Self-exclusion: you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Temporary exclusions are available for 30, 90, or 180 days. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality checks: a pop-up notification showing your session duration and net profit or loss is displayed at regular intervals. You may adjust the frequency of these checks in account settings.

All players must be 21 years of age or older. 38bet does not knowingly permit minors to register or place bets. If we have reason to believe a player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. ⛔8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 38bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Money laundering: using the Platform to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud and chargebacks: initiating fraudulent payment transactions, disputing legitimate charges, or filing false chargebacks against 38bet will result in immediate account closure and legal action.
• Automated betting: the use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or sharing account access to pool funds, is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
• Exploitation of errors: knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Winnings resulting from exploitation of a known error will be void.
• Underage gambling: any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or place bets on the Platform is prohibited. Adults who facilitate underage access may also have their accounts terminated.

38bet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Where prohibited activities are identified, all relevant information including transaction records, IP addresses, and account data may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

🔐9. Account Suspension and Termination

38bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activity, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by 38bet, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses.

All content on the 38bet Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and game content, is the property of 38bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 38bet. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of 38bet's intellectual property rights and may be subject to civil and criminal sanctions.

⚖️11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 38bet's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 38bet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

38bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether or not 38bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

🔒12. Privacy and Data Protection

38bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, published separately at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is protected using SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

📝13. Amendments to These Terms

38bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or corrections, changes may be applied immediately without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always the version published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact 38bet's support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
